APICS Tampa Bay invites you to join Anthony Zampella, CPIM, CIRM, CSCP for a presentation comparing S&OP and Master Scheduling on Tuesday, February 2nd, at 6pm.

In the business world, there are different definitions of S&OP and Master Scheduling, and since these two processes are so often confused, this short session will explain how S&OP and Master Scheduling are the same AND how they differ.

We will walk through the general business hierarchy to get acquainted where each process fits and how its output is validated. In Master Scheduling we’ll take a walk through a supermarket.

After this session, you’ll be able to evaluate what is going on in your company and what gaps may exist so that you can close on your journey to supply chain excellence.
