On July 13, 2019, we will have our annual Transition meeting starting with coffee and donuts at 8 AM.

 The purpose of this meeting is to:

1.  Align new BOD in new positions with a transition plan

2.  Review the past year's performance

3.  Establish the basis for the next year's strategic plan
